职位描述
岗位职责:
1.Combine business growth and trainee education needs, set up training stratagem and training method/tools base on communication with external and internal expert.
2.Accurately locate the demand of HR development, construct the training system and manage whole courses system and trainers, accordance with the company’s business growth.
3.Responsible for communicate with function leader, formulate relevant training plan based on the trainees and training situation as well as enterprise development. Professional training arrangement for new PP staff.
4.Communicate with cooperative university to formulate corresponding training system, time, course and other teaching arrangement.
5.Resources coordination based on the specific requests from PP.
6.Development new cooperation with external training resource.
7.Effectively manage other curriculum development projects supplied by outside customer
8.Follow up development plan and analyses training result, manage correlative documents.
9.Assist to relative HR activity and communication.
任职资格的具体描述:
Bachelor degree
At least > 5 years work experience, hands-on training experience in related field.
Certified trainer
Training delivery skill
Ability to manage external vendor / facilitator as required from time to time
Ability to understand businesses and external business environment
Ability to conduct training needs analysis and propose solutions basis BU / Function priorities
