1、有展览行业项目管理工作经验2年以上；
2、熟悉展览行业的运作特点，对市场信息具有专业的分析能力；
3、熟悉展览展示工程材料、流程、工程预算、并了解新材质；
4、熟练使用电脑和各种办公软件是最基本的要求，Word、Excel、PowerPoint等；
5、具有较强的社交和业务开拓能力，公关能力强；
6、具有较强的项目执行与协调能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
7、良好的个人素质及团队领导能力，指导和培训销售队伍，带领销售团队完成销售目标；
8、有与大型企业合作案例，具备独立操作执行能力；
9、应变能力强，工作作风严谨、踏实，具有强烈的进取心和敬业精神和团队合作精神；
10、能够适应展览行业长时间加班和出差的工作特点；
11、有客户资源和驾照者优先。
