Responsibilities

• Reporting to the regional Security Manager, this individual is responsible for the facility's guard force supervision, incident response and management program, access control system deployment and management, and Security compliance programs.
• Manage of all Security related matters included physical Security, Security System, Security investigation in support of Legal Department and under the direction and authority of the Manager, Global Security.
• Oversee physical Security activities of the site contract Security Supervisor and contract Security staff.
• Work closely with site, regional and global Security team and local management, formulate local Security policies, procedures and implement and maintain and to ensure effective operations.
• Maintains Security procedures and participates in the development and implementation of new or revised Security procedures and manuals.
• Responds to emergency situations: participates and/or leads emergency response teams.
• Conducts site investigations related to theft, property loss, fraud, etc. Recommends and implements actions to bring case to closure. Works with local law enforcement as needed.
• Prepares and analyzes local and/or regional loss control data and trends and accident reports. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement.
• Leads local Security reviews, vulnerability assessments and audits. Identifies opportunities to improve processes to reduce loss prevention and improve site Security.
• Oversees and provide direction to contract Security officers. Interact with contract Security agency.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement parties.
• Successfully managing Security projects through collaboration with key stakeholders and internal customers.
• Key driver on local Security policies, programs and procedures
• Typically communicates with general employee population and up to director level management.
• Develop and deliver Security awareness training.
• Proactive respond to Security issues and any other Security related duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability in planning and driving Security strategies, policies and procedures, and daily operations
• Good working experience in Mainland China, sounded knowledgeable of local Security proactices
• Strong knowledge in latest trends in Security industry
• Self starter with strong work ethics
• High standards of ethics combined with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to employees at all level
• Ability to provide timely, proactive and practical reports and solution
