Purpose of the Role
The Asset Administrator is to support the Asset Manager for all asset management activities within Ericsson Test Environment organization. The role exists to optimize the use of test environment assets throughout their life-cycle phases, from acquisition through to disposal.


Responsibilities
To support and assist the asset manager in achieving an efficient and effective asset management delivery by securing that the relevant ITTE Global Asset Management processes are adhered to.
To support and assist the asset manager in contributing to continuous improvement in asset management area through actively driving or participating in improvement initiatives and by continuously seeking improvements in processes and tools.


Main Activities
Provide support with the preparation of the data required for Test Environment Forecasts (TEF) and QBR.
Assist with the administration of IR (Investment Request) record from IR approval to asset registration complete.
Track delivery status/dates of orders, confirm deliveries are complete, and ensure goods receipt or equivalent actions are performed timely and records accurate.
Ensure that asset data is recorded correctly in the ITTE asset management tools (SAM and BAMS) and Financial Asset register (i.e. ONE) by using the appropriate ITTE resources, and that BAMS and Financial Asset labeling are completed in a timely manner.
Create and maintain bookable units by working with local operations management
Provide the low utilized equipment data to asset manager and site manager for appropriate action based on BAMS
Prepare the changes of equipment status and position according to procedure to ensure the data in BAMS and Financial Asset register (i.e. ONE) are correct.
Prepare the data to remove the disposed equipment from BAMS and Financial Asset register (i.e. ONE).
Ensure all software licenses are correctly managed and registered (e.g. using ELIS) by using the appropriate ITTE resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above
Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
Ability to multi-task
Good communication skills
Good level in English, both oral and written
Work experience within the laboratory will be plus
