General Description
The role of cost control is to coordinate and drive standard pricing/forecast/Budgeting process of the Region in accordance with global standards, perform/drive cost control to ensure high level of quality in costs.
The responsibility includes support to provide high-quality of cost analysis, drive cost, capital and organizational efficiency in the focused operation area.

Main Responsibilities

· Perform cost analysis, control and governance to ensure high level of quality in region
· Drive standard pricing model, budgeting/forecast process of the Region in accordance with global standards
· Review and Analyze monthly financial status vs. Forecast/Targets
· Drive assets and investment optimization and management
· Drive regional cost control activities and lead process
· Drive proposals and business cases concerning organizational efficiency and effectiveness
· Drive adherence to Accounting Directives, financial policies and common (global) financial processes
· Drive activities to enhance financial knowledge and business acumen

Main Tasks
· Drive regional pricing/budgeting process and cost control leading
– Define and drive the whole forecast and pricing process within the region
– Focus on assets and investment management and control
– Prepare of templates used by cost center / unit managers for planning
– Secure that the time frame of the whole budget process is kept.
– Monthly cost analysis/follow-up
· Drive cost control, operational efficiency, capital improvement and performance improvement
o Prepare Monthly financial updates
o Provide value-added proposals for improvement
o Drive cost efficiency and controls
o Conduct pricing rate and monthly follow-up

SAP or any other approved global financial system, Business Warehouse (BW), MS Office Applications, Eridoc.

Qualifications

EDUCATION
Master Degree, Administration/Finance or similar.
Knowledgeable in cost control, forecasting process, etc
Ability to communicate in English, as well as openness to and respect for other cultures.

EXPERIENCE
4-5 Years in cost control & business finance area, plus 3-4 years in financial analysis areas, firm auditing experiences as surplus
