Description

· Assist head of support solution to define, communicate and execute RNEA Support Solutions commercial strategy. Understand RNEA long term strategy and execute accordingly in commercial domain Support Solutions to help RNEA SO reach the wanted position.
· Drive proactive Commercial Readiness in Support Solutions for early engagement and preparation, and to improve the commercial proposal quality in commercial domain Support Solutions.
· To drive commercial intelligence within the Commercial domain Support Solutions and responsible for experience sharing of such information
· Build-up end-to-end business understanding. Drive the commercial analysis and provide commercial understandings on financial figures in RNEA Support Solutions domain.
· Interfacing and work closely with RNEA Common Core in the Support Solutions domain.

Qualifications

· Proven ability to persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to establish and implement commercial relevant strategy

· Expert level negotiation/communication skills at least in English and Chinese
· Relevant bachelor degree or above,prefer MBA
· 5+ years’ experience in Business management/commercial management
· Expertise in Support Solution area with deep OSS/BSS insight
