Ericsson LTE Research Center is looking for (senior) software engineers for LTE eNodeB or RRU SW development.
As a senior technical expert you are expected to lead the design and development of LTE products, which are used in customer fields as key components of Ericsson LTE access network.
You are strong technical professional and comfortable of working and leading in an agile,innovative and fast-stepping environment.
In day-to-day work analyze requirments, define and implement the solution by cooperating with teams from system, integration, verification, support and product management etc, to accomplish the project work on time and with high quality. Further, your assignment may be extended to a bigger tehnical cope, according to organization needs and your bandwidth

Qualifications
Familiar with LTE PDCP/RLC/MAC layer standard and LTE key technology
Familiar with 3GPP RRC, X2, S1 protocols (36.331, 36.413, 36.423)
Familiar with radio unit control and OAM process
M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
5+ years of software development experience as recognized expert
In-depth knowledge of LTE, or other wireless technologies
Solid C/C++ programming skills
Strong experience in developing commercial products
Experience in large scale project is a plus
Strong expertise in techinical problem solving
Good communication abilities in both Chinese and English
