职位概要：
在客户管理总监及项目优化团队经理的指导下负责中国区客户定制报表、数据分析、行业信息收集.实施全球数据分析报告,开发并优化本地自动化报表和自动化工具. 对现有业务和客户差旅项目提供建议和反馈.

工作内容：
负责中国区客户的定制管理信息报表, 开发并优化本地动态EXCEL报表和自动化工具
协助中国区客户经理准备客户的季度回顾及年度回顾的数字文件；
协助客户经理创建和管理客户的满意度调查和差旅经理调查；
负责中国区客户反馈报告的管理工作,每月准备客户反馈报表；
负责起草和发布公司的热点新闻和预警信息
定期抽查并监控PMC/CRM/Listen等客户管理部相关数据质量, 联系并推动相关部门改善数据质量.
收集和整理市场数据分析和行业标杆数据
帮助客户经理准备未使用机票报表模板，负责发布未使用机票提醒
负责中国区客户销售数据报告和季度的客户差旅综合分析比较报告

任职资格：
大学专科以上学历，计算机应用软件或数据分析专业优先；
熟练Excel使用技能，包括数据透视表/宏应用等；
了解并能有VBA基础或者其他相关数据管理/数据分析资质证书或经验优先；
精通各类电脑办公软件，包括Microsoft Word, Excel，Outlook and PowerPoint.
流利的英文,说,写能力,和标准普通话.
良好的沟通技巧和人际关系协调能力
出色的自学能力，有好的数据分析能力
能够承担工作压力,具备同时处理多个任务的能力
有独立完成工作并有效管理时间
办事沉稳、细致、思维活跃，有创新精神，良好的团队合作意识；
积极主动，乐于沟通与学习；
优秀的品行和职业素质，强烈的敬业精神与责任感，工作原则性强，诚实守信

中航嘉信商务旅行管理有限公司
自1996年起，嘉信力旅运与中国航空服务有限公司（CAS）一直保持着良好的合作关系，共同为多家中国市场的跨国企业提供差旅服务。2003年1月两家公司更是进一步展开合作，成立了合资公司。

CWT China
