职位描述
岗位要求
1.负责员工内外部招聘工作
2.内部人事档案鉴定、管理，执行人事档案借阅管理制度，履行借阅手续
3完成人力资源部经理交付的其他工作
4.负责劳资合同签订，负责公司的劳动合同终止和员工解聘手续办理，及时了解与劳动合同有关的政策法规，为符合退休条件的职工办理退休手续
5.人事调配工作，更新员工通讯录
6.负责公司绩效考核及相关工作
任职资格：
1.大学专科及以上
2.人力资源以及相关专业，接受人力资源管理知识的培训，3-4年的工作经验
3.通晓相应的人力资源管理知识，掌握有关人力资源的各项规章制度，具有行政管理知识
4.熟练使用各种办公室软件，具备基本的网络知识，具有较强的阅读能力、写作能力和表达能力，具有一定的判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力其他工作
正常作息时间，能接受偶尔加班
