职位描述
岗位职责：
1.组织履行项目施工合同，主持制定工作计划，并对实施过程进行监控，确保合同所确定的各项目标全部实现；
2.随时掌握项目施工进度、质量情况，解决施工中出现的问题，督促项目工程按计划完成；
3.组织项目运作，及时对内部资源进行组织及协调；
4.项目流程实施、监督管理，项目管理、合同管理、质量、进度、成本等管理；
5.做好成本控制，强化资金管理，及时进行工程结算，确保资金及时回笼；
6.做好项目工程优化设计工作，努力提高项目合理性及项目效益；
7.参与项目投标工作，协助提高我司竞标成功率，配合标书内容的工作；
8.管理团队建设工作，协调团队工作热情，培养并向公司推荐优秀的管理和技术人才；
9.处理与建设单位、监理单位、地方政府等外部相关方的沟通协调工作；
10.参与评估部属的工作，协调解决部属工作中出现的问题；
11.规划部属工作，协调解决部属工作中出现的问题。
任职要求：
1、50岁以下，大专以上学历，工民建等相关专业，男女不限；
2、5~10年室内装饰工程项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理流程，有外资办公室工程项目管理经历优先；
3、英语CET-4，电脑操作熟练；
4、全面掌握业务管理知识，熟悉并掌握国家有关规范、标准、法规和企业的规章制度；
5、人品端正、责任心强、具有优秀的组织、沟通和协调能力，具备团队领导经验。
6、有一级建造师证书或高级工程师职称优先。
