1.跟踪记录客户提出的各种维修、保养、改建等进程，参与编制维护报价，统计维修成本；
2.协助客服经理处理费用收支、材料采购。
任职要求：
1.一年以上相关工作经验
2.形象气质佳、亲和力好。良好的职业道德、高度的责任感和敬业精神；
3.工程、物业管理或相关专业中专以上文凭；
4.熟练使用Office、CAD等软件；
5.善于学习，具有较强的抗压能力 。
