Job Title: Talent & Capability Advisor
Report to: Talent & Capability Manager
Job Scope
Develop and implement Talent & Capability agenda which serves the organization to fulfill business strategy and meet business target, incl. talent management, capability development and winning culture promotion.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Management
? Develop and manage “Talent Management” function in system.
? Lead annual talent review process and coach HRA to conduct the review session with business.
? Lead talent management programs such as CAPs, EL, PA assigned by Talent & Capability Manager to ensure quality and compliance.
? Develop assessment tools for talent and capability assessment, arrange and facilitate assessments whenever needed.
? In charge of tracking record for development of key talents
Capability Development
? Design and facilitate HR induction course and basic level core competency courses in the Academy
? Accountable for training organization and engagement with facilitators and Central L&D team.
? In charge of Learning Management System (LMS) and China Lubricants Academy
? Accountable for monthly LMS newsletter, Library, forum and activities
? Lead competency development projects assigned by Talent & Capability manager.
? Accountable for vendor management including vendor sourcing, evaluation, recommendation and co-decision making.
Winning Culture Promotion.
? Lead Lubricants staff engagement activities assigned by Talent & Capability Manager such as SWAN, staff day and etc.
? Facilitate global culture communication projects such as V&B, D&I, Helios in China
Basic Requirements
? University graduate, sound professional knowledge on Human Resources Management, especially on talent management, learning and development.
? At least 8 years working experience in HR function and 2 years relevant working experience in learning & development
? Excellence English skills both in spoken and written
? Course design and deliver skills
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
? Quick to learn, logical thinking
? Team player, proactive and can-do attitude
