Duties and Areas of Responsibilities (specific duties to be performed – input, in points not more than 10)
? Take ownership of procedure for raw materials incoming check
? Set up raw materials inspection plan and take ownership for implementing this plan
? Ensure timely release Raw material
? Ensure accurately and timely prepare micro materials for daily production
? Lead handling of deviation of raw materials
? Lead or coordinate the quality improvement projects and identify potential issues to set up corrective and preventive actions
? Ensure execution of tasks assigned by Department Manager
? Develop team/staff capability
? To ensure strict execution of concerned procedures & regulations stipulated in <INC ISO14001 documentation> that are related to this position

? Grading guidance and procedure: keep update with changes, rationalized
? Testing plan: accurately and optimization, implement effectively
? Non-conformity product rate: keep trend of continuous improvement, proactively
? Raw Material releasing time: keep good trend
? Raw Material dispensing: accurate and timely
