Systems Title: (Associate) IT Business System Analyst (HRIS)
Business Title: IT Business System Analyst Learning Mgmt Systems&Administrator - LMS
Department: Global IT
Main Purpose of Job (Brief Summary)

? The Associate LMS System Analyst will support international east in their use of the corporate wide learning management system(LMS) that is used to schedule courses, manage required training through certifications, and monitor and report successful completion of training.
? Will play a critical role in our further deployment of our Learning technology road maps.
? In this role, the Analyst will configure and maintain the system for all groups, act as first level support for business users and define and build standard reports.
? The Analyst will provide input into the development of strategies, standards and processes for LMS administration that are needed in the formation of the LMS administration center of excellence.
? This person will use his/her LMS expertise in creating certifications, courses, running reports and assisting customers.

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities

Operations and Supports:
? Create certifications, courses and offerings in the LMS and ensure standards are maintained by all LMS administrators
? Maintain required training records, monitoring and reporting
? Assist business users with technical issues related to the LMS and underlying systems or configurations
? Provide outstanding customer service skills as well as remain flexible and determined to resolve customer issues
? Ensure personal understanding of all policy/system items that are personally applicable. Follow all work procedures to ensure high quality work

Demand management and project delivery:
? Work with end-users and business partners to assess and gather the business training requirements, match these requirements to objectives and strategies and execute the plans within the LMS framework.
? Establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners such as: corporate LMS operations team, HRIS, co-workers, internal customers and others
? Excecute the LMS vision/strategies
? Partner with various internal groups to develop LMS reports and solutions in order to achieve the business reporting strategy
? Maintain effective communication plans to ensure appropriate people are informed
? The Analyst will help facilitate process development and improvement activities.

Job Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
? A releant B.A . or B.S. degree and 2 to 3 years experiences or 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a 4 year degree or a combination of work and education to equal a 4 year degree

JOB EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements
? Experience working with large global systems
? 2 to 3 years of LMS administration experience
? Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel and working knowledge of Database, SQL and query
? Excellent oral and written communications in English. Japanese is a plus.
? Worekday or Peoplesoft HR experience a benefit

? Experience working with the SABA LMS systems
