JOB TITLE: Product manager
LOCATION: Shanghai
REPORTS TO: Group Product Manager

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with sales team to promote key strategic product line
2. Can promptly solve technical and product relative questions raised from sales and customer.
3. Coordinate with sales team to define and implement campaign plan and initiatives in the segment across regions around the relevant products and solutions
4. Support sales force effectiveness via providing training content
5. Support marketing manager in all aspects of the strategic marketing plan for NPI from positioning and messaging through to launch planning and communicate to various levels of management and regional sales and CS as well as TFE team
6. Help the regional sales team achieve growth, market share and competitive advantage penetration.
7. Participate at the annual marketing budget plan, in alignment with BU annual budget plan
8. Undertake market research and competitive analysis with regional personnel that will provide market insight and help to define the business strategy

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. BA or BS with 5+ years of marketing/sales, bio-medical, or related healthcare capital equipment or medical devices product experience
2. Moderate project management skills, demonstrated process-driven orientation and execution focus.
3. Good communication skills and ability to influence across function teams in a matrix environment.
4. Fluency in English
5. Strong analytical and process skills
6. Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional issues
7. Willingness and able to travel
