Job description
Talent Acquisition Consultant aims to provide total recruitment solution. You will work closely with in-house HR to have an in-depth understanding of their business need and culture in order to provide suitable strategic recruiting plans. You need to search qualified candidates, interview and assess them, update it in database and also deal with offer negotiation in a timely and cost effective manner.

Responsibilities
1. Perform research in the talent market and identify qualified candidates according to client’s require.
2. Manage the whole recruitment process for client from job analysis, job opening, search to onboard follow-ups
3. Provide staffing support and assistance mainly in sourcing, inclusive of job posting search to onboard follow-ups.
4. Leverage & manage various recruitment channels and participate in various industry fair.
5. By accumulating industry market knowledge and excellent communication skill to understand business client.
6. Generate recruiting summary and market reports

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 3 years working experience in recruiting function as in-house HR or recruitment consultant
3. Good internal & external communication skills
4. Good English in both oral & written
5. Good team work spirit.
