Role synopsis:
To assist and support the team leader to evaluate the operation process in individual supply chain department and collaboration in different functional supply chain departments, which will enable delivering efficient, feasible and cooperative process which align to business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To assist to consolidate and draft Supply Chain ISO9000 Operation Manual and ISO9000 Process Interaction Map;
2. To assist the project team to get the ISO9000 Certificate and periodic renew;
3. To support the Quality Orientation Guide and improvement chart;
4. To communicate with internal and external customer to handle the external complaint;
5. To conduct the root cause analysis for external complaint and improve customer satisfaction;
6. To support to conduct the internal audit in terms of the operation manual and process.
Requirements:
1. University graduate with degree in Chemical or related areas;
2. Minimum 3 years related working experience preferably in Supply Chain or related functional areas;
3. Be involved to functional department to find out the opportunities to improve the operation process in China supply chain;
4. Adopts a pragmatic approach;
5. Manages time to meet tight deadlines;
6. Regularly monitors against work delivery schedules and self corrects;
7. Understand the Quality Assurance principle;
8. Seeks out and builds relationships that are mutually beneficial;
9. Develops a wide range of cooperative links;
10. Develops and uses a wide-based, multidisciplinary network;
11. Able to write a high standard ISO system procedure documents and other reports in English;
12. Advanced skill of MS office;
13. Fluent in English and mandarin;
14. Have a passion and self-motivation for the job;
15. Good communication skills.
