Role synopsis
To carry out the filling and packaging material warehouse work following the instruction and supervision for the making process base on HSSE, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced and maintain high HSSE value. To take full responsibility for housekeeping, assisting maintenance and inventorying for filling WIP and packaging material in Raw material warehouse, manage road transportation for additive from port to plant, and ensure DSS policy will be well followed.

Job description
Key accountabilities
DIMENSIONS
a) To act as a team leader to organize the daily filling operation according to instruction including contractor daily management through the KPI measurement vs. contract.
b) To be responsible for daily management and supervision of the plant filling and packing in terms of planning, cost control and operation, and to manage its shift operation.
c) To fully meet company HSSE, ISO9001 and ISO14000 and TS16949 expectation.
d) To coach and transfer knowledge to filling and packaging operation staff.
e) To implement lean manufacturing projects requirements.
f) Assisting the maintenance team to ensure all machine/equipment in a good condition
g) Take a active role in implementing lean manufacturing
h) Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously
i) Good housekeeping in work shop.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Ensure the finished oil be filled and packed meeting with Operating Procedure for filling and packing processes effectively by co-ordinate with blending, warehouse, maintenance and QA/QC teams;
b) Continue improving the filling and packing process to seek higher productivity and minimize the operating costs in the Filling and Packing operations by carry out lean production projects;
c) Control the packaging material flow and minimize the packaging material loss and finished oil losses in Filling and Packing operations; Well controlled filling spillages and packing materials consumptions;
d) To control the Filling and Packing expenses within production budget issued;
e) To ensure the operators work in a safe and healthful environment.
f) To ensure that filling plan/schedule are followed, and achieve high IFOT base on MPS issued by PMC.
g) Help production technicians development, leading as needed. Make sure technicians can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the incumbent.
h) To support any quality, environmental and HSSE, TS internal audits as needed. Deliver objectives and fulfill actions as required.
i) To ensure the operation to meet the requirement of ISO9002 and ISO14001 TS16949.
j) Ensure that COMPANY Group’s HSSE polices and regulations are complied during any filling and packaging operation at all the times.
k) Monitor road transportation for additive, and ensure DSS policy will be well followed.
l) As the contact SPA in production area, communicate with 3rd party labor service provider, and maintain good relationship and ensure the service can be provided with high service level with well management.
m) CAP process monitor and implementation, collecting PKI evidence and regular hold meeting with 3rd party to help them improve their service level further improve operation efficiency
n) As acting production manager while production manager absence for daily production management

Essential Education
College degree in engineering or related disciplines, chemical or mechanical engineering preferred

Essential experience and job requirements
-More than 5 years of plant experience in production of similar process and 3 years in management role -Other valued skills are computer familiarity and competency
-Good communicator and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others
-Willingness to teach and share information with others
-Willingness to learn and show initiatives for self improvements
- Fluent English ability in reading, writing and speaking.
