Essential Responsibilities:
?Offer management in respect of product and price. Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, Session C, operating reviews, and cost;
?Align with front office for product market place and promotion;
?Develop offer market strategy and business plan to enlarge the market share;
?To plan offer roadmap, initiate and create new offer, follow new offer project to ensure timely launch.
?Lead to manage the life cycle of the products by 4Ps;
?Conduct market study and competition analysis, make the market strategy to boost the business and enlarge the product market share in China;
?Provide database of market communication and promote the product in general market environment;
?Support to give the product training to sales,offer promotion, and other related functions;
?Participate product quality, lead time, service management to improve customer satisfaction;
?Internally with offer marketing teams,BU Sales, Market strategy and BI,Marcom, Finance, Logistic, CCC and SLIC;
?Studying end-users,PB, DI and channels to analyze customer's pain point and find new opportunity;
?Studying competitors to analyze the market competition.
Qualifications/Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and majored in Electrical or Automation related;
?At least 3 additional years of experience in sales or marketing in an multi-national Electric or Automation Company;
?Proficient in English and Chinese language requirements;
?To be able to master advanced office software;
?Self motivated, with creative and team spirit, willing to share with others.

Desired Characteristics:
?Master of Science in Electrical or Automation is preferred.
