· Should have knowledge/hands on experience in ARIBA system admin support.
· SCM Domain experience.
· Should have good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
· Excellent presentation skills

Job Responsibilities
· Ariba system admin support:
· Catalog loading
· Filters loading
· Roles loading
· Contractor accounting loading (add/delete) into TIGERS
· API & Linking errors fix
· eGVM request approval
· Monet ticket issue resolution/handling
· Handle queries on MyExpenses reports
· Train users on the TIGERS system/process
· Update web links and content of How2Buy pages
· Support system testing (release management)
· Support local requirements, customers and vendors on the roles as per job responsibility.
