Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Plan, develop, and implements new e-marketing campaigns for China sales initiatives, including new website, social media, etc. Leverage e-marketing channel to promote company brand and program.

2.Plan concept, functions and structure of new website by collecting field team request and learning industry acknowledge.

3.Perform overall administration of sites at a company-wide level, and as Web Administrator to implement pages or applications into production, by coordinating with other teams or outsource vendor.

4.Prepare, develop or translate materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and management communications.

5.Support field marketing manager to organize and coordinate local seminars, trade shows and press announcements.

6.Communication and coordinate event taskforce and corporate resources to successfully plan and execute marketing activities campaigns.

7.Supports sales initiatives and assists in achieving sales targets by increasing customers’ awareness in the local market.

8.Work with sales and customers to execute these activities and achieve the desired objectives in the area of leads generation and brand development.

Requirements:
1.Requires typically bachelor with 0-2 years of field marketing or related experience.
2.Requires knowledge of commercial internet/web tools and protocols, experience of website set-up process.
3.Requires experiences to coordinate taskforce and organize event.
4.Works on problems of limited scope and follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
5.Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
6.Requires the ability to multi-task, be organized and detail-oriented.
7.Good problem solving and decision-making skills desired.
8.Must be able to work independently and in teams. Individual will interact with people with different personality styles.
