- For SMI in Beijing, we are now looking for a Senor Learning Consultant.

What are my responsibilities?
1 Act as Learning Partner
- Understand business targets & strategy, value chain, needs and key business drivers;
- Provide professional and unified learning consulting advise to business;
2 Learning Solution Design
- Identify key factors for business success and develop learning solutions(program and trainings) adding value to business;
3 Learning Solution Delivery
- Facilitate workshops and trainings;
4 PBM3 Program Manager
-Implement PBM3 in NEA, in line with PBM AA and PBM Global strategy;
-Identify, develop internal and external qualified resources; be responsible for guiding, cooperating the program related partners, e.g. HR, business speakers etc
- Lead or support cross function projects in Learning Campus China or global
5 Learning Portfolio Design/Maintenance
-Keep track and competent on professional advancement in own topic area;
- Review and update learning portfolio and delivery approach to maximize effectiveness and increase value to business
6 Projects Support
- Lead or support cross function projects in Learning Campus China or global

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Work Experience
- 5 years plus strategic Human Resource Management, or middle level management experience from International company;
- 5 years plus working experience as leadership, management related topic trainer or consulting experience;
- Successfully lead (or play a key role) at lead 3 projects, which involved cross function cooperation, coordination and communication.
- Preferable business consultant experience

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience
- Understanding of business strategic process and operation practice;
- Overview on HR concept and knowledge;
- Capable of Learning design and facilitation
- Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese
- Good command of MS office.
- BA/BS degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related fields, MBA is preferred
