MISSION
- Responsible for analyzing change request requirements documentation provided by local business and / or local IT business analyst, ensuring and coordinating implementation
- Responsible for SAP Based Contract Management System (CMS) Support for China
- Responsible for management and coordination of local managed server and SAP Basis services regarding CMS production server in China

DIMENSIONS
- The P&I (Process&Information) Consultant is involved in the development lifecycle regarding CMS from receiving the requirements documentation through to final implementation in CMS
- The P&I Consultant is the local LOS expert for SFLL and the “first line of defense” for the CMS support for China.
- The P&I Consultant works together closely with the CMS Development and Support Team in Germany

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
TASK
1. Application management
- Acting as an interface between CMS Users and Development & support teams
- Managing local SAP Basis services regarding releases, patches, authorizations
- Managing local managed server for CMS production server in China
- Coordinate local tests regarding CMS (UATs, manual regression tests as required)

2. Change request management
- Analyzing requirements documentation and translating it into tech specs
- Managing assigned change requests as a “Change Request Officer” (=Project Manager for the CR) through the CR implementation process including coordinating User Acceptance tests
- Responsible for delivery of assigned Change Requests in time, budget and quality
- Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
- Adhering to the Change Request Process
3. Incident management:
- Support the CMS Users as a “first line of defense” with technical CMS software bugs / faults (focus on local company in China but also other countries using CMS)
- Support the CMS Users with questions regarding the handling of CMS
- Manage the incident process from entry of an incident up to delivering the solution to the user
4. Knowledge Management
- Providing a knowledge Base for all CMS Functionalities used in China
- Training and supporting SFLL employees in CMS

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Experience
- Strong technical skills coupled with a good understanding of business needs, especially financial processes
- Strong SAP knowledge of both technical framework and SAP Modules FI-CO, MM
- IT project management related skills
- at least 5 years experience in IT (prefer finance / leasing)
- multinational company experience required
- Experience in IT service management
- Change and Release management skills
- Strong communication, collaborative skills
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- Siemens Experience would be a great asset

Education
- Bachelor or above
