Intruction
- For our Metal Technonlgy BU in Beijing is looking for a Commercial Officer/Sr. Commercial officer
What are my responsibilities?
- Lead the contract negotiation
- Evaluate tending documents and prepare all bidding documents according to tendering requirement
- Participate commercial clarification during bid openning
- LoA documents preparation and Business Partner and CDD check
- Prepare contract template and participate contract negotiation with customers.
- Adherence to all internal and external financial and reporting rules.
- Risk management, Export Control, Compliance and all enforce all company rules/regulations within the organization.
What do I need to quality for this job?
- At least 2 years experience in commercial area, be familiar with Commercial Bidding and Project Negotiation;
- Frequently English both in writing and speaking;
- Be familiar with Tax regulation and Bidding Law
- Familiar with LoA process and guideline and business risk assessment is prefered
- Contract negotiation experience is required
- Major in Accounting/Business Administration or similar education;
- Bachelor or above;
