Mission:
- This position is responsible for all accounting, tax and refinancing matters.
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1. Ensure accurate, complete and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS / PRC / Company accounting and reporting rules and tax guidelines;
2. Responsible for management reporting per China/ North East Asia Cluster and management requirements, including develop suitable KPIs to monitor company's financial performance;
3. Ensure quality financial reporting for China submitted on time as per the requirements of China/ NEA Cluster/SFS;
4. Coaching/mentoring to develop team members to work independently and with highest standard;
5. Manage "head of finance / accounting governance" functions required by NEA Cluster;
6. Manage internal and external audtis;
7. Responsible for implementing risk and internal control processes according to company's requirements; continuous implementation of finance/controlling process improvements (both operational and system related);
8. Manage bank accounts and treasury/funding operations;
9. Support compliance programs;
10. other ad-hoc projects as company required.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
1. Bachelor degree a minimum, major in accounting;
2. More than 10 years of international accounting, controlling experience;
3. People management leading a team for 5 years or more;
4. Able to work with local and international colleagues, overseas work/study experience preferable;
5. Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills;
6. Must be able to work in a challenging, fast paced environment, result and quality driven
