Mission of Function:
- Financial deals administration
- Customer Data maintenance
- Support cash pooling set up and daily operation
Contacts:
- External: local authorities (PBOC, CBRC, SAFE etc.), banks
- Internal: SFS HQ, GM, internal operation Dept. (IHT, FM), Cluster Treasury, GSS AFS, other operating companies within Siemens Group.
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1 Deal agreement preparation
2 Financial deal confirmation in Treasury management system
3 Back Office tasks for draft discounting, re-discounting and collection
4 PBOC Credit Database input and report
5 Daily journal, invoice and deal documents archiving
6 Customer Authorized signatories and supporting documents
7 Annual customer documents review
8 Coordinate with bank for cash pool transactional operations and daily reconciliation
9 Create posting rule for cash pooling accounts
10 Other tasks shared/backup within SFSL OPS
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
- 3+ years experience in back office function of commercial bank or Treasury / Finance department of multi-national corporation
- Candidate with IT knowledge is a plus
- Experience in treasury especially back office process and execution
- Experience as a team member with innovative and independent thinking ability.
- Experience in multinational companies
