Mission:
- Ensure Siemens compliance function within the area of resonsibility of Siemens Financial Services Ltd. China to prevent, mitigate and control of Siemens compliance risks and to safeguard and /or improve Siemens compliance functions and processes.
- Suport regulatory compliance officer to customize policies and guidelines issued by local regulators and internal governance owners, based on compliance reviews, recent legal changes and practical experience.

- External contacts: Supervisory authorities (such as SAFE, CBRC, PBOC, AIC); External Audit;occasionally banks or other institutional bodies
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1.Siemens/ SFS Compliance: (workload 30%)
- Embed of compliance structures into business operations according to the Siemens/ SFS Compliance Program;
- Integrating compliance as integral part of day-to-day operations, strategic business decision making and personal processes (for details please refer to SFS & SLC Compliance intranet)
- Measure and monitor implementation and effectiveness of compliance program (e.g. compliance controls)
2.Regulatory Complaince support: (workload 70%)
- Customize policies and guidelines issued by local regulators and internal governance owners, based on compliance reviews, recent legal changes and practical experience.
- Evaluate adherence to policies and guidelines (e.g. compliance review, findings from investigations, violations of policies and guidelines) and define, implement and track corresponding counter measures.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Education:
- Bachelor or above
Experience:
- Experience in Siemen compliance is preferable
- Experience in the comercial banks including 1-2 years of regulatory compliance related work is preferred..
- Professional Knowledge:
- Financial services background
- Familiar with SAFE, CBRC, PBOC regulations regarding financial institutions
- Accuracy, objectiveness, reliability, diligence, analytical skill
- Systematic, structured and goal oriented work style
- Negotiation skills and persuasive power
- Precise description of facts and findings
- Identification of root causes and key findings
- Creative, finds new ideas
Technologies:
- MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint
- Language skills: Chinese and English
