1. Draft and perfect operation standards & procedure following up with company’s strategy.

2.Standardize operation system and make it more efficiently.
3.Plan and follow up operation schedule, feedback market reply and adjust plan.
4.According to company’s overall sales target, make sale plan and push stores to achieve it.
5.Standardize sale system and promoting it more efficient.
6.Set up service standard and make customers satisfied.

7.Be responsible for stock management, focus on stock turnover change.

8.Control and push stores follow up VM standards from the company.

9.Make department budget and control cost.

10.Guarantee stores’ finance control on cash, products and assets management to match company’s policy.

11.Motivate regional managers to get sales target.

12.Draft and apply incentive programs for stores.

13.Help to build talents team for stores development.

14.Daily HR approval from stores.

15.Other jobs assigned by boss.

Skills & Qualifications：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English,Age25-35.
2.5-10years or above operation management experience in a well-known clothing brand.
3.excellent capability in strategic planning.
4.Ability to build an outstanding team, and lead the team to get target.

5.high sense of responsibility and strong work ethics.
