1.Full responsible for office admin job
2.Responsible for new office and lab fit up, renovation, modification, decoration project including project biding, process and Quality monitoring, decoration coordination, electricity and property management. Deliver project process report timely to ensure completion on time.
3.Independently handle simple maintenance job, coordinate and monitor Property and Decoration companies
4.Administration budgeting and cost analysis
5.Keep updating administration policy and procedure, organize company events and Meetings, Manage office procurement
6.Responsible for Office Security Guard and Fire Control Management
7.Other Ad Hoc work or projects


1.College degree or above, major in Electrical or Construction prefer
2.Familiar with Office and Lab decoration project, knowledge about communication facility, air conditioner, electrical power fix and maintenance
3.Hands-on work experience of company group and branched decoration project
4.Able to take Business Trip
5.Good team work spirit, can work under pressure, good communication skill and memo writing skill
6.Good coordination and negotiation skill, proactive, hardworking
7.5-year and above Adm. manager Work experience
8.Good at Computer Skill, for example MS office
9.Fluent with Written and Verbal English
