职位描述
岗位职责：
Understand PCL operations and initiate the innovation of technology to help improve the operational performance to World Class Standard;
Standardize the application of new technologies in PCL and PI in corporate with Region or Support Center;
Collect and align stakeholder expectation for project purpose, solution, achievement, execution plan.
Source the project contractors and Monitor, evaluate their performance;
Manage the project to meet the PepsiCo engineering, quality and EHS standard, within the budget and according to the desired schedule;
Conduct risk assessment for process, quality, EHS, legal and proper corrective action
任职资格的具体描述：
At least 5 years in engineering or technical area in Beverage, food, pharmaceutics or chemical plant, preferably in foreign enterprises or JVs;
Strong Project Management capability and at least 3 years experience to manage projects individual.
BS degree on engineering, chemistry, food science or relevant areas.
Good English and computer skill
Work independently and self-motivated.
Good communication skill
Willing to work with others and good team work
Creativity for innovation and good learning capability
High integrity
