Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities for Refinery & Petrochemical of area, driving sales force effectiveness through business focus and customer engagement;
- Support the sales regional manager to define and implement marketing and commercial strategies to increase order volume and profitability;
- Actively participate in ITO (Inquiry To Order), establishing a systematic business scouting program with the purpose of identifying existing and the new market opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- O&G Industry know-how & networks, strong sales knowledge and experience;
- Clear thinking and accountability;
- Proven leadership skills in managing internal and external customers;
- Good team player & interpersonal skills;
- Strong self-initiatives;
- Fluent English.
