岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略，制定相应方案。及时收集政府有关行业内的政策和法规信息，适时调整方案；
2、根据公司战略发展要求，总体把握区域范围内投资评估。从宏观上，充分把握区域市场发展动态，通过各种渠道寻找适合公司开发的新项目；
3、组织相关部门进行投资分析与评估。根据公司的发展规划及资金计划，制定公司投资目标、投资管理策略、投资项目评估及控制体系；
4、组织部门编写年度投资总评估报告并且提出投资策略的调整优化建议；
5、负责组织项目可行性研究及评审，积极推动项目投资实施；
6、组织实施项目初选，或审核一线公司提出的项目初选建议，进行公司内部项目立项；
7、负责项目战略投资合作关系的维护；
8、协调内外部合作方关系，保持工作开展顺畅；
9、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、30岁到45岁之间；
2、8年以上相关工作经验，其中5年以上汽车行业管理工作经验者优先考虑；
3、本科以上学历，投资管理、企业管理、经济学等相关专业；
4、5年以上企业项目投资分析管理工作经验；
5、具备项目管理、财务、法律等相关知识；
6、具备出色的沟通能力、解决问题能力、开拓能力，应变能力强；
7、有一定政府关系资源者优先考虑。
