职位描述

The China Regional Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.


Essential Functions:

Oversee, guide, and manage the Downhole Technology Business within China and provide front line leadership and strategy in the safety, marketing, and growth in the region.

Manage and support the job planning of operations across Sales, Commercial, and Services teams in-line with company policies, procedures and systems, statutory regulations and good industry practices.

Utilize the existing infrastructure to leverage into new markets and establish efficiencies in utilization, cost control, and improved business relationships with the diverse client base in this country.

Prepare business plans to identify required resources and develop strategies for acquiring the same including non-traditional approaches, suppliers, or partners

Interface with the relevant business functions to identify potential opportunities for expansion and additional revenue generation and with the country / operations managers to implement the service.

Deploy flow-down of customer contractual requirements to functional organizations


Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Finance

10 years experience with Wireline, MWD, and LWD Product Lines

Previous experience of a supervisory role in an Operations environment

Must have good commercial awareness, must be able to anticipate customer needs and be a key player in developing relationships

Proven communication skills at all levels

Ability to travel up to 40%

Fluent in English
