RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for SOTIO China.
2. Main responsibility is to follow and implement existing IT standards in processes, technology, hardware and software.
3. Administer all IT back office and business systems and applications, including network, printers and also end user IT equipment
4. This includes directing all IT operations to meet Sotio customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions.
5. Serve as primary contact with inside and outside vendors in the generation of RFPs, bids, contracts, agreements, procurement, deliveries, implementations, operations and other major vendor interactions.
6. Provide day-to-day supervision, later on may manage small internal IT team
7. Assist in IT training of all Sotio end users
8. Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
9. Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software.
10. Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks
11. Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations
12. Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree. major in computer, iT.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: documented working experience with administration of following systems in mid-size company:
? Microsoft Active Directory
? Microsoft Windows Server
? Microsoft SQL Server
? Microsoft Exchange Server
? Microsoft SharePoint Server
? VMware vSphere
? VMWare SRM

other experience with :
? TCP/IP networks
? VOIP telephony,
? IP videoconferencing
? CISCO network hardware (switches, routers, access points)
? client/server technology
? Internet/intranets
? Backup solutions
? Antivirus solutions
ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
