Job Responsibilities

• Lenovo Global FAE team management and coordination
• Synchronization and effective work management with China mobile team to get support to Lenovo’s sensor makers and LCM
• Co-work with division engineer teams outside of China, to support FAE team for training, customer design support, and troubleshooting
• Work with Sales to understand customer application requirements, and set up win strategy, and taking leader role on the design win actions.
• Leadership in working with available global engineering resoruces to solve the critical issue in a timely manner to maintain customer confident on our support capability

Required Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE with min.8-10 years of working experience with mobile phone or PC, better to have experience on the touch technology.
• Strong customer communication skills along with internal communication skills.
• Better to have management experience of FAE or Engineering team.
• Understanding of mechanical design, firmware and embedded systems, schematics, PCB/FPC fabrication and assembly manufacturing process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese.
• Experience in working with cross functional team to implement system design.
  Willing to travel locally and internationally.
