Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1) Be responsible for the project execution and ensure the quality
2) Partner with team members and clients to deploy local and global HR projects that align with broader talent management goals
3) Support materials development for various projects
4) Be responsible for vendor management and relationship maintenance
5) Support and follow the communications and logistics related to the projects
6) Be responsible for client management during the project implementation
7) Proactively works with clients to drive the project and solve the problems


Qualification and Experience

1) Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 year working experience
2) HR communication or product marketing experience is preferred
3) Strong communication skills
4) Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
5) Ability to present complex issues to varied audiences
6) Fluency in English and Mandarin
7) Process and project management skills
