Job Description:

Responsible for resolving reported incidents within defined service levels;

Inmplements change requests according to defined procedures and timelines;

Implements new services in coordination with project management teams;

Ensure data network components are properly configured to corporate standards;

Support and maintenance of data network infastructure;

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in supporting complex data networks(WAN,LAN,WLAN,network management) and in multiple technical or business domains;

Understanding and knowledge of network protocols and technology;

Experience in supporting global wide area networks and multiple locations;

Experience with working with external service provides (telecomm carriers);
