Job Summary:
Management reporting (External & Internal)
System maintenance (SAP, APEX)
Coordinate budget event process (Report preparation, data reconciliation and etc.)
Month end closing (Consolidate manual accrual, system cycle)

1.Make sure data accuracy for Management report and meet deadlines
2.Ensure system setups are up-to-date
3.Coordinate Month end closing process, perform closing cycle runs in SAP and prepare company level monthly accruals
4.Coordinate budget events, monitoring progress and ensure accuracy of system inputs of budgets
5.AD HOC projects

Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor degree, preferred major in Accounting, Finance, Economy or other relevant
2. CET-6, Fluent oral and written English
3. Studying towards CICPA, ACCA, HKCPA or other international qualification is preferred.
4. 2 years or above finance or relevant experience.



Job Required Competencies

1. SAP experience is preferred
2. Good communication skills
3. Demonstrate good capability of planning, and problem solving skills
4. Reliance presence and commitment during peak season
5. Good time management skill
