Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to site operating groups through investigations, equipment assessments, and design support.

通过调查研究、设备评估和设计支持，提供现场作业组的技术援助。

Develop equipment/systems preventative maintenance plans including the coordination of annual contract services, ordering of replacement components/parts, and schedule coordination.

制定设备/系统的预防性维护计划，包括年度合同服务的协调，更换部件/零件的订货，并安排协调。

Management of building and utility control systems to ensure response to critical alarms in compliance with Maintenance and Quality Procedures. Evaluate trends and establish corrective actions to avoid repeat events.

管理楼宇及公用工程控制系统，以确保响应关键报警符合维护及质量程序。评估趋势，并制定纠正措施，以避免重复事故。

Participate in the review of BAS/BMS equipment and system design changes including specification and drawing reviews.

参与暖通空调设备和系统的设计变更审查，包括规范和图纸的会审。

Promote cGMP compliance within the workplace by following cGMP procedures. Incorporate cGMP and regulatory compliance into all work practices.

通过遵循cGMP程序，促进工作场所内的cGMP的符合性。把cGMP和法规符合性，纳入所有的工作实践中。

Qualification:

Technical knowledge regarding the design, operation, preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting of site utilities is required.

有关工厂公用工程的设计，操作，预防性维护和故障排除技术知识是必需的。

Must be familiar with GB Code and relevant authority regulations.

Must have demonstrated ability to solve certain technical problems and ability to work independently.

Experience in equipment commissioning programs is required.

设备调试程序方面的经验是必需的。

Must have excellent organizational, communication, personal work management and writing skills.

Skilled in reading professional materials/能熟练地阅读专业资料

Good listening, speaking and writing English ability/英语听说和写作能力佳

Familiar with computerized system and Siemens automation software/熟悉计算机化系统及西门子自动化软件

Skilled in using Office software, Ex. Word, Excel, Project /熟练使用Office软件，如Word、Excel, Project

Skilled in using Auto CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM)/熟练使用Auto CAD, BIM
