The Position

• Conduct purchasing activities with overall technical recognition and commercial consideration for SMP projects.
• Conduct the contract management for the major contract in execution phase and focus on Change Management, Claim and payment
• Continually monitoring and appraising the Supplier’s & Contractor's deliverables are compliance PO/contract ,
• Set up the project procurement plan, and update Project procurement status report time to time.
• Communicate with the project team efficiently; understand the requirements and concerns of the project ensure the all procurement meet project’s expectation.
• Cooperate the PTEE colleagues to issue the PO of import equipments

• 8 years minimum of working in Capex Project procurement, experience in Pharma project in contract management /quantity survey is preferred, or working experience in WFO company is preferred.
• Effective communication & negotiation,
• Team spirit
• Good English Written and Oral communication skill
• Good computer skill
• 4 years Bachelors Degree
