Responsibilities:

Data Management

1. Key user for HR system's maintenance
2. Execute data conversion and migration

Project Management

1. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates system utilization to encourage and ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications; audits system entries and takes remedial action as deemed appropriate.
2. Create user accept test plans and scripts and lead UAT session; Organize problem solving sessions found during user test; Ensure sign-offs
3. Write and maintain system documentation.

Payroll Part:

1.Involve in making monthly closing schedule and in charge of monthly salary calculation administration of all stores/offices in China.
2.Prepare HR monthly reports and related analysis according to management requirement. (Attendance Report , OT Report , Labor Cost , etc.)
3. Solve the problem about payroll calculation ,payroll policy for local payroll employee.
4.Payroll formula setting and validation for all of China.
5.Support line manager to deal with yearly bonus calculation, salary increase and report analysis for management required.Requirements


Requirements:

-Above 2 years of work experience in Human Resources Information Systems Management and payroll, E-xperience with SAP is preferred
-Knowledge of HR processes
-High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure.
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
-Excellent PC skills and familiarity with software applications including Power Point, Word, MS Project, Excel and Visio.
