The Position
Implement GMP compliance against global GMP standards and China GMP requirement.
Effectuate management of sample distribution and analytical process inspection to ensure timely releases of analytical report to support business need.
Tutor subordinators to fulfill analysis tasks.
Report the abnormal status, unexpected results to supervisors with initiative and in time.
Complete the assigned routine inspection of sample, issue the reliable analytical report in reasonable lead time.
Implement the maintenance and calibration of assigned instruments
Implement the analysis method validation.
Report the abnormal status, unexpected results to supervisors with initiative and in time.
Stick lab safety regulations to prevent occurrence of accident.

Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point. Bachelor of Science Degree or above，major in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry and equivalent
At least 4 years’ experience in Quality Control of major or joint venture Pharma Company
Professional knowledge of physical & Chemical analysis
Good GMP implementation experience and sense
Good project management skills
Good leading team capability
Good in English & Chinese
