The Position

• Provides general office duties support to department staff (including but not limited to copying, distributing mail/faxes, scanning, courier services, goods pick-up)
• Manages office equipment, stationery and fix assets(application, distribution and maintaining)
• Arranges and maintains office surrounding
• Makes travel arrangements and organizes events
• Organizes teleconference/net-meeting
• Updates information of department (such as org chart, contact list, and other notices)
• Uses company T&E system for expense claims and SAP for purchase request/order
• Supports other special assignments

• Major in English/Administration/Business or other related areas
• At least 5 years in administrative support,background in multinational/healthcare industry or accounting firms is preferred.
• Fluent in English, CET-6
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external partners
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite other related software systems
