职责

• Promote compliance awareness of all staff and assist business leaders to strengthen the management skills and accountability.
• Assist company compliance team to monitor company activities and assess high risks exposures, including conduct on-site visit, performance review, investigation and etc.
• Work with multi functions to achieve compliance goal and optimize process and system.
• Provide embedded compliance management support to internal customers.
• Review business activities and minimize compliance risks of business.
• Implement compliance initiatives, such as training, monitoring, communication, document management programs.
• Advise compliance standards and best business practices and answer the inquiries for compliance policies.
• Assist legal team to perform business partner due diligence.
• Provide other legal and compliance support as requested.

• Bachelor degree or above in law, medical or economics related discipline;
• 3-5 years of working experience in corporate compliance, legal, marketing or sales function.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not a must.
• Familiar with compliance culture and familiar with PRC laws and regulations, especially on anti-bribery related
• Influencing skills & communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Good command of English, in reading and writing.
• Professional, and with good integrity
• Soft communication skills and time-management skills in a large-corporate environment.
• Self-motivated, passionate & quick to learn
• 30%-50% travel rate
