Job Summary

Provide supports to the Function Head / line manager in building up clear safety strategy
including evaluation and assessment of potential risk and implement risk
minimization/management plan. All safety evaluation activities and provide safety support
consultant to medical projects and safety evaluation of Roche products in China strategy and
ensure timely safety communication. Maintain relationship with external and internal (local
and global) parties on internal and external parties such as authorities for update and
alignment of regulation and collaboration of safety matters. Own processes and ensure Roche
product knowledge.

Qualification and Experience

1.Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma or Science.
2.Master Degree or up
3.> 2 years’ clinical experience
4.> 3-5 years’ MNC pharmaceutical company experience in medical related role
5.> 2 year experience in people and budget management in a pharmaceutical organization is preferred.

? Medical knowledge of Roche products
? In-depth understanding of the commercial & regulatory environment in local market.
? Demonstrated strong work ethic, and proven track record of delivering high quality within timelines
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align with wide range of stakeholders
? Ability to motive the team members working towards shared goals.
? Relevant working experience: at least 3-5 years of clinical and/or DS experience
? Education: Physician of outstanding performance
? Requirements on specific subject(s): preferably internal medicine or oncologist
? Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese with communication skills
? Computer skill: Computer literacy
