Position Title: COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST
Missions:
? Oversees the compensation and benefits functions, including administration of payroll and benefits, job evaluation and participation in salary surveys & analysis, salary increase & merit program, expatriates C&B management and mobility.

Responsibilities:
? Implement and contribute to the formulation of the North Asia C&B philosophy and policies
? Coordinate in North Asia region for C&B issues
? Review and analyze C&B policies and procedures, analyze C&B trends and make recommendations in line with corporate objectives
? Oversee and perform C&B duties including payroll, taxations, Expatriate administration, Regional mobility, salary benchmarking and analysis, salary review, etc.
? Responsible for monthly payroll, Individual income tax and social insurance
? Responsible for headcount upload and other reports requested by local and regional departments;
? Responsible for local HRIS system and corporate remote HR database maintenance;
? Liaise with Fesco for employee benefits and monthly payment;
? Support HR managers in recruitment and administrative tasks
Requirements:
? A minimum of 3 years C&B experience in a MNC company with a Bachelor/Master degree
? Has hands-on experience in C&B duties including payroll, taxations, expatriate administration, pay range, salary benchmarking, salary review, etc. ;
? Excellent MS Office application skills, must be highly skilled in excel, advance level required;
? Has hands on experience in HRIS system: Platinum is preferred;
? Candidates with experience in C&B consultancy and analysis in Consulting firm are also welcome to apply.
? Thorough knowledge in international Procedures, standards and local labour law and regulations;
? Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
? Strong knowledge about salary market in PRC
? Solid analytical skills
? Hard-working, capability to learn fast, meticulous, sense of confidentiality..
