1.Responsibilities And Dimension of Position
- To be technical interface of Telecom Smart Card Products
- Work with the Telecom Operators.
- To be part of sales team for the projects in technical and marketing aspects.
- Own and drive the technical interface with customer from identification of his requirement to answer to tenders and finally to order fulfilment.
- Design and lead initiatives that have a strategic impact on the long-term business relationship with customers and selected partners.
- Ensure delivery of good product through project management, validation, interoperability testing, process set-up, and qualification.
- Provide on-site customer support to drive operator’s new business.
2. Main Objectives And Expected Achievements
-CUSTOMER INTIMACY
? Main interface for product related technical topics between the customer and Gemalto.
? Acquire a good understanding of the customer solutions (Gemalto and competition's one) and a good technical knowledge of the local environment and specificities.
? Understand the technical organization at the customer and advice Gemalto on how and where to promote the products and solutions.
-PRE-SALES
? Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential solutions in relation with the Gemalto product roadmap.
? Lobby and create customer awareness for Gemalto products and services and Gemalto technical expertise.
? Represent internally the customer to make sure that any delivery and technical communications are coherent with customer prime expectations.
? Providing technical training or demonstration of the product or technology we offer.
? Lead customer’s best decision using information such as latest global trends in product deployment, partnership, standardization etc.
? Provide on-site support in customer premise to drive operator’s new business, directly providing smartcard related knowledge into customer decision making process.
-Development Phase
? Interact with overseas R&D centers and Production sites to manage project
? Identify problem and notify to R&D when technical problem occur.
? Perform final validation on product together with R&D.
-AFTER-SALES
? Provide technical support and technical assistance to the customer
? Reporting and explaining the quality issues, if any
-INTERNALLY
? Help the sales force to understand what solution already exist in Gemalto to improve efficiency in developments and create synergies between local accounts teams
? Ensure feedback to the corporate product marketing and technical teams on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of the Gemalto products roadmap.
? Understand the Gemalto processes and use them to build and deliver the products (electrical, interface, graphical, etc.)
? Coordination of the deliveries (SmartCard, documents, etc.) between the production site, custom site, R&D, qualification laboratory and the customer
3. Required Qualities And Skills
- Customer/Business oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good teaming and networking skills
- Strong Technical Background in Telecom, banking, security and interfaces (SW/HW) is an advantage
- Able to work in a worldwide environment
- You are to take the responsibility of the projects you are assigned.
- NFC field experience and china local transportation project knowledge are more preferred.
4. Professional experience And Education
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology Engineering.
- English Fluent
- 3 years working experience
