职位描述
Main missions
? Prepare test environment and deploy applications following deployment rules
? Define validation strategy and prepare test plan (use cases, environment, parameters) to be as close as possible to field conditions
? Implement auto-test cases, perform both auto-test and manual test, and report results
? Detect, trace and fight for solving issues or improvements
? Improve user experience as well as contribute in performance test
Required knowledge
? Knowledge of testing methodologies (load, stress, robustness testing) and tools (QC, QTP, Selenium, JMeter, Grinder etc)
? Knowledge of Java based back-end server
? Good shell script skills
? Good knowledge of Linux deployment, configuration and administration
? Knowledge of Oracle deployment & configuration
? Knowledge of Solaris is a plus
? Knowledge of Java development is a plus
Experience
? Minimum 2 years testing experience in Linux environment (if possible using Oracle database)
? Experience in auto-test as well as manual test
? Some valuable experience in Java or Python development
Qualities
? Bachelor degree or above in Computer science / software, Electronic & Electrical or Telecommunications
? Curious, persevering, autonomous
? Fast-learner and strong ability on problem analyzing/solving
? Good written and oral English
? Good communication skills
? Team work spirit and sense of responsibility
