职位描述
Job title: Senior RF Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
? Contribute to the design and development of state-of-the-art wireless modules for GSM/GPRS//EDGE/W-CDMA/etc.
? Lead the design of the RF solutions, including the responsibility for the selection of components to meet product requirements
? Devise and perform RF and system level testing as per 3GPP/FCC/CE etc…
? Responsible to align and perform all aspects of RF design validation, including performing component level testing, system level testing and component qualification to validate the design
? Pro-actively interact with the rest of the development team to ensure that the design meets it functional and quality targets
? Supports resources planning and works assignments
? Responsible technical documentation and for project status reporting
? Report to Hardware Manager
Job Requirements:
? Interested in RF development for GSM/GPRS/W-CDMA wireless modules in M2M industry
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering /Telecommunication
? Minimum 10 years experience in mobile / wireless module RF design
? Working experience in RF development for mobile phones, wireless modules is mandatory
? Substantial hands on experience of wireless product system definition and development
? Skills in circuit performance improvements and debugging
? Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art RF components
? Good knowledge in mixed-signal and analog PCB design including usage of CAD tools
? Experience with advanced RF measurement techniques and equipment, including EMC
? Is used to work according to defined development processes and is able to provide inputs for process improvements
? Familiar with wireless standards (e.g. 3GPP), including peripheral standards such as (A)GPS, Bluetooth, Wifi is required
? Very good learning capabilities and highly motivated to achieve organizational and project targets
? Very good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to meet deadlines
? Team-player and able to technically manage a small team, incl. training and coaching
? Excellent oral communication, technical documentation and reporting skills
? Good level of English (speaking & writing)

--Worked with communication technologies such as NFC, Zigbee, etc.
