Main responsibilities 主要工作内容
Travel arrangement (15%)
1. To assist the airfare/hotel agreement review ensure the price and condition met company policy and employee satisfaction
2. Assist the visa application and all related document preparation
3. Transportation arrangement in case of any special event and activities
Office administration (30%)
1. Responsible for the general office administration, including repair & maintenance, cleaning, water supply, pantry refill, property office liaison, plants, stationery, etc.
2. Office equipment and stationery preparation and purchasing, name card printing, etc.
3. Courier service co-ordination
4. Company switch board management
5. Incoming/outgoing courier/letter/DM receiving and delivery
6. Conference room availability control
Vendor management (15%)
1. Regular vendor contact and review to ensure the service level and price competitiveness (annually)
2. Monthly bill check and payment application for all admin services, i.e. Office rental, telephone bill, courier expense
HR related (40%)
1. Monthly attendance record preparation/consolidation
2. New staff check-in and exit formality
3. Assistance given to recruitment vendor management
4. CV screen according to the recruitment requirement
5. Interview arrangement
Qualification 任职要求
? BA degree with 3+ years working experience in similar position in FMCG company
? Good and active communication towards result
? Good team player with cross functional operations
? Basic people management skills
? Fluent English both in written and spoken
? Logic thinking with good time management skills
? Initiative working attitude and can work under pressure
? well organized and detail orientated
